Very friendly staff. Super helpful and welcoming. The staff was very accommodating in letting me sample their large selection of rubs. They sell pink butcher paper by the yard which I was glad to find out about. For you pellet grill folks they have a large selection of pellets. I'm a Mesquite log sticker burner kind of guy but if you like pellet grills this is your place for pellets.

I can't say enough nice things about J.R. and Phillis! I bought a GMG from them over 3 years ago. My experience has been everything you would hope for shopping with a small local business. Superior customer service! I use my smoker a ton and have only had 1 issue 1 time with a probe not working right. J.R. made it a quick easy warranty fix. They are ashtrays good for recommending cook ideas. 3 years in and my only problem is I can't make a quick trip in and out because I always end up visiting with my friends.

This is my cousin's shop... Him and his wife r very knowledgeable about the pellet grill... My mother wanted a pellet grill so I told her we had 2 purchase it from JR's place... So that's what I did yester (4/16/2024) I love u JR and thanks 4 selling me on the grill...

You CANNOT beat the service and specialty of this place. The owner and his wife are wonderful people. They have everything you need for your BBQ supply, and I'll never buy from anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a used GMG that I had nothing but issues with. They went above and far, far beyond to help me tremendously and get my grill running brand new again. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me!
