Every time my partner and I come my partner and I come to get our oil changed Wen, the manager, goes WAY above what is expected. She always remembers who we are and is kind and knows her stuff about cars. We trust her and in turn trust her employees.

We live in the neighborhood and always recommend to come her because of Wen. I’ve come to just get my tires checked and she welcomes me like a neighbor. She explains and is honest. Please acknowledge her and her dedication, commitment and loyalty to your company.

I was in a time crunch and needed an oil change. The staff was extremely caring and knowledgeable. My oil change was done quickly. I will only return to this location next time I'm in town. Best treatment I've ever received while getting car service!

I visited Jiffy Lube for a routine maintenance check, and the staff initially appeared helpful. However, after they reset my maintenance light and topped off my oil, I noticed smoke coming from under the hood. It turned out they had accidentally damaged my radiator hose while "cleaning" it, which led to significant coolant leakage.

I was understandably upset and took my car to another mechanic, who confirmed that the hose was severely damaged due to mishandling. I was without my car for nearly a week, which was incredibly inconvenient.

Fortunately, Jiffy Lube’s customer care support team intervened. They promptly contacted the general manager, who was very apologetic and took swift action to resolve the issue. They covered the costs of repairing the damaged hose and ensured my car was restored to its original condition. Additionally, they compensated me for the inconvenience of being without my vehicle for several days.

While my initial experience was disappointing, I appreciate how Jiffy Lube handled the situation in the end. Their commitment to resolving the problem and making things right was much appreciated.
