Quick and courteous office personnel. Dr Veiga always has a smile and is excellent in her profession. Have been going to her for about 15 years after some terrible experiences with other dentists.Love everyone in this practice. Highly recommend!

Well, let’s start with I’m sitting in the chair waiting for the young lady to do my teeth and another lady walks in and tells her that she does not have to sterilize their equipment. She could just throw some plastic over it and use it over and over instead of properly Sanitizing each one and doing it fresh and clean for each individual person. She’s saying all this while I’m sitting in the chair and then when I commented on it to the young lady that was cleaning my teeth that I didn’t appreciate that and I wanted equipment that was sterilized and clean before it was to go in my mouth because I didn’t want anyone else’s germs. She went out and she told the young lady that told her in front of me that she didn’t have to sterilize the equipment and then a young lady came in didn’t introduce herself didn’t do anything, but threw the object in my face and said it’s fine. We can just use a little hand sanitizer wipe to wipe it down if you need for it to be cleaned And I thought that was totally disgusting. I was ready to get up out the seat and leave at that point and I asked for Dr. Veiga herself which she was not there at the time and I was totally disgusted and thanks to my hygienist that was working with me and she let me know that she was using fresh equipment that had been sterilized, and she opened it up in front of me, which I truly appreciate it because otherwise I would’ve got up out of my seat and left And shame on the other hygienist who thought it was OK to say something so disrespectful while I sat there like no empathy for me whatsoever no professionalism whatsoever I think Dr. Veiga you need to really check your staff a little better because if that’s the type of service that I’m gonna be receiving that I have to make sure everything is sterile before it goes in my mouth I will not be coming back there ever again because that totally disgusted me and you should be ashamed having staff like that and then thinking it’s OK to come up in my face with a attitude and tell me that there was nothing wrong with what they did or said.

Dr. Viega and her entire staff are simply THE BEST! Seeing “the dentist” has become such a great experience. Love everyone there! Dawn just did a great job cleaning my teeth, Dr. Viega always checks my mouth after, and the front desk “girls” could not be nicer! Highly recommend this practice.

My Mom was a new patient and I stumbled on Dr. Lisa during a search for new dentist, I was pleased when my mom gave me wonderful feedback on the whole staff. She said they were kind, helped her with her paperwork, very understanding and patient with her, asked her relevant questions to provide her with the best care, and made her feel comfortable throughout her visit. Service was timely, and her cleaning was well worth it. I Didn't get a chance to meet Dr. Lisa, but from speaking to her staff on the phone, I knew she would be wonderful.
