Was in today 29/10 approx 12:30 good sized branch friendly staff and a special shout out to the younger guy at the bakery. Probably one of the friendliest most helpful people I’ve encountered in a shop in a while felt like he deserved a shout out as people are quick to leave reviews only when it’s something negative!

Great quality food. Prices are not bad- you get what you pay for. Staff are helpful and friendly. I gave this a 5 star rating because I have never had a problem with this store, the taste and quality of the food, and the quality of clothing are excellent.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious premises. The cafe is fabulous. Inexpensive and has great scones. All my interactions in this shop with the staff have been positive. I've been a few times now, including solely to use the cafe and everytime I've left feeling rebooted and ready to look around the shop.
There are toilets facilities including a baby change. Also high chairs available in the cafe.
Marks and Spencer accommodates completely for a wheelchair user in all areas that everyone else is privy to.
Relaxed atmosphere, I can spend ages shopping as I don't feel harassed and I take my time, especially with my lunch in the cafe prior to my shop.
Pleasant experience consistently for me.

Food Hall always brilliant even though prices are on the high side. Clothes wise I feel they have lost their way. Trousers are reasonable but dresses leave a lot to be desired. To get a reasonable range you need to visit the larger branches.

Lots of new stock - lovely selection of cozy jumpers and trousers. £5 off £20 spend this weekend. Gluten free savoury range has been expanded at last - sausage rolls, pork pies, pizza, lasagne, spag bol etc

Good variety of sizes and colours in the clothing section. Very reasonable prices and good quality party clothing.There is also space for wheelchairs to manoeuvre around. The food section also has a very good selection at very reasonable prices

The same as any other Marks & Spencer. Lovely food, although a bit pricey for certain things. The meal deal for 2 is a great deal, if you like what they have to offer. Their clothes are getting very old fashioned, or for the older generation. They don't have a wide range of clothing for young, trendy mothers. And again overpriced for a lot of their handbags, shoes & clothes range
