Didn't directly buy this car from MTS but a solo trader sold to me after buying it from MTS. However the car was sold to me with no V5 present and was left to myself to try and chase down, thankfully I was able to find out where the car initially came from and contacted MTS with my concerns as the solo trader decided to ignore my messages and concerns.
MTS were quick with replies and happily supplied the information I asked for regarding the cars history and sent the V5 directly to myself the moment they recived it, leaving me worry free and a good way to end my day.

My intro to MTS started on a promising note. The vehicle was promptly sourced and Andy was attentive. Regrettably, the situation soured a mere month into ownership when the brakes started making a grinding sound.

Despite the earlier assurance, MTS have not fulfilled their promise to cover the cost, which is somewhat frustrating given I've adhered to their prescribed diagnostics process, leaving no doubt that the brakes were indeed the cause of the sound.

Persisting for over 6 months, I've been met with prolonged delays and vague explanations. Recently been told there have been 'changes in the business', the company seems to have decided against honouring their commitment - leaving me out of pocket.

Given the broken promise and lacklustre follow-through, I find it hard to recommend MTS Car Dealer to others.

Bought my Vauxhall Astra GTC from MTS car sales a few weeks ago. I thought the price was very reasonable and I'm really happy with the car so far. When purchasing the vehicle, the on-site mechanics were very helpful answering any technical queries about vehicle, and the salesman Boyd was very nice with his no-pressure approach. I've been assured should there be any issues with the vehicle to contact MTS who will look to sort it - thankfully I haven't found any issues so far but it's reassuring to know.

I have been looking for a fiat 500 for a while. I came across one in this garage. Initially, I dealt with Boyd who really went the extra mile to get her ship shaped. Later I dealt with Nick who also went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Any issues I had with the car were resolved in a timely manner and I am more than happy with my experience with MTS car sales. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Bought a used BMW 1 series from John recently and it has to be said the experience I had was exemplary! John kept the car for me for a couple of weeks after I had paid an initial deposit and he followed through on all of the promises he made when I initially saw the car. I don't think there's many car dealers around like this these days and I would highly recommend MTS. The detailing of the car was top-rate. 5 stars all round.
