I have never before heard of a person being audited by Ontario works. I was informed I was being audited by Canada Post mail. Only way to contact auditor is via phone that's provided in the letter. This person would not give me their email address to provide the required documents that were asked for. I have them, but had to wait for a email first from this person which never came. I tried finding out more about the person I e.i official title, email address, any other communication avenues and whom their supervisors maybe. Nothing. With said letter misplaced, I've been cut off for 3 mths. Anxiety and depression doesn't in these kind of situations. I at first believed it was fake. But I have not been issued any money. And there hasn't been contracted reach out from my own worker, nor this auditor to ensure I received the email from. There hasn't even been a letter.
These people don't care.

Clearly, there has NOT been any Canadian Government monitoring D.N.S.S.A.B. for some time. Glad the C.A.O. has left/stepped down on October 5th/2023, no reason provided. City Council being employed on same floor as D.N.S.S.A.B.. Ontario Health Care Ontario workers, currently working at D.N.S.S.A.B., this person I caught, has Mental Health problems. This person is a Sunshine list earner, has no care about quality within D.N.S.S.A.B. because, regardless, she and her husband have the finances if she is fired, as one of many top dogs at D.N.S.S.A.B.. Zero return phone calls from case workers here. Rotating out case workers like the revolving door at Plouffe Street Court House. Enough to make You sick. Failure to perform the simplest tasks, including all levels: reception - right to upper management. They all believe they are superior than anyone in this Country, Canada. Degrading, unprofessional, inappropriate, incorrect, as well as games via email by D.N.S.S.A.B. found, including insulting their clients, in writing, which I have collected, tucked away very nicely for a day in Court against all of these employed people, of its Highest! They refuse to do their outlined job but DEMAND they get paid just the same. They play O.D.S.P. games, as well as the, "Oops, I dropped an earring game" while You sit at their cubical. I'm certain everyone knows when there is a break down of service rendered, chaos ensues. N.B.P.D. do not care nor does North Bay, Ontario, Canada City Council. The people will take matters in their own hands, as always! North Bay, Ontario, Canada, you already have a John. Q. that hasn't played out yet! Watch your words D.N.S.S.A.B. (all staff). The ladies there are fantastic people. Always understanding, patient, and most of all, knows how to get someone who hasn't learned in a long time, to know how to study. I just love these ladies.

Can never get a call back, no one seems to be in the office, always goes to voicemail, seems to take forever to get a response, they need to be better prepared and have someone available to talk to when you call or at least that will call you back
