Hollie answered my initial call and gave me all the information i asked for and handled my concerns. Clean dumpster arrived as ordered. Driver very professional getting it backed into driveway.. offered to move it but was dropped exactly where we needed it. He was friendly and courteous, answered any questions. Pickup went smoothly, again very courteous driver.
Appreciated the follow up call to see how my experience was.

James dropped of our carts today, was very friendly, He even took the time to conversate for a couple of minutes and tell me about himself. I can already say I like the service with Nisly better than I do my old service company.
Trucks are cleaner, staff is friendlier, etc.

I needed a roll off dumpster to dispose of a number of branches and limbs leftover from trimming trees. Nisly made it so simple. I was able to order and pay for the dumpster right on their website. It was delivered quickly and professionally as ordered and then picked up just the same. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them without question to anyone else. Fantastic service!

I'd been wanting to rent a big dumpster to do some heavy duty cleaning and I was driving down my daughter's alley and seen a Nisly truck coming with one like I'm interested in I wanted to ask the guy so I kinda motioned for him to stop he did and got out and came to me to see what I needed his name is James one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He explained to me how it works and that it's free but you might have to wait and be on a list but then you get it Friday till Monday I asked lots of questions he had answers for ever one I asked and was so polite not in a hurry like most people now days just an all over great guy . Thanks James there are still caring individuals out there..

Carol at the office set up my service quickly and the driver James was very helpful, going above and beyond to take extra items I had setting out because they wouldn’t fit in the dumpster.
