Will Hennessey was amazing. He was very polite. We talked about what the issue was and he reviewed what he needed to do. I do a lot of remodeling projects but I have never worked with galvanized pipes. Will was open about sharing his ideas and knowing that I had more work in the bathroom he kept telling me the rest of the remodel project he said I have the rest of the stuff under control. If I need plumbing help in the future I will be calling Northern Services for sure.

Today, Saturday my husband and I experienced panic and desperation while working in our basement. When you have water spraying and you can’t stop it getting an emergency plumber there in less than 40 minutes is a miracle. We were very pleased with our experience ..not the water emergency but with Brandon’s work and prompt arrival!
