The positive side is I was called within 30 minutes, not 2 days. I had signed up to a job fair website and there were links to Prospect. Maybe I didn't fully read the details and I applied.

As mentioned, I received a call fairly quickly. I was totally thrown off by the rudeness and tone of the caller. Okay, I made a mistake by not fully reading all of their little information blocks. Normally I do more research but I was refereed to the job fair site and thought these people may offer some help. The way the person on the phone was, I just said I had other places helping and said to cancel my application.

Sure they may be busy. I won't add to their issue by recommending them.

Carrie from prospect is super helpful and nice she's always checking up on you and helpful with building cover letters and resumes and working together the other staff are really nice as well the workshops are fun and you can learn from them. 🙂
Carrie is one of the best at prospect. She's been so supportive and helpful, helping me with other resources. She's someone you can trust with anything. She invited me to a Christmas party and she tells me about things that are going on like job fairs or places that are hiring. I really glad I went to Prospect and met Carrie and the whole Prospect team there. Amazing.

Prospect is amazing truly! It’s a super welcoming environment and experience. I’ve attended workshops that have helped me develop more social skills, workplace confidence, and job interview knowledge. Emily has definitely helped me with the workshops, she is very inclusive and welcoming. Carrie has also helped me with planning out my future goals. I came to Prospect confused about my education and career goals, while meeting with Carrie she has definitely narrowed my options and opened up new ones. She is one of the most caring and supportive staff members. With my career search Tina is very helpful. She has helped me with tips and advice on how to look for a job, what to look for that will benefit my future goals, and different ways to apply. It’s always an amazing experience coming to Prospect and I have definitely learned so much here!!!
