Recently used Rapid for a Rolloff unit for a remodel. Dana was great to work with and got the unit out to us promptly. The driver was courteous and actually cared about our property. Would highly recommend for your rolloff needs.

Great people. When I called they were very professional and helpfull even though they we in th he truck working at the same time. Dana was great with a follow up even before the dumpster was delivered just to make sure everything was correct. Will be using them again for any future clean ups

I used them for a house cleanout when a family member passed. They helped me figure out what size I needed and had the best pricing in the area. I only had a limited window of time for delivery and pickup and they had no problems accomodating my requests and showed up exactly when I needed.

I called for pricing as I am working on a bid. The lady I spoke to(I'm assuming Dana based on other reviews)was as sweet and as delightful as can be. A call for pricing quickly turned into a 10 minute conversation, covering a myriad of other topics. That's how personable she was!

Please use small businesses when you can. The greed of large corporations pushes out small businesses like ours and hurts the economy far more than big corporations going out of business.

If I am awarded the job, I will absolutely be using Rapid Rolloff for my dumpsters!

Bad with schedules and time. Over the past month we have gotten 3 dumpster from them. The First dumpster we where told it would be here between 8-10 they got a flat a mile away. Did not get here untill 3:30 (not the fault I understand) Them we had a pick up and drop off for a new dumpster. We where told we where the 2nd drop of the day. The switch out will be done before 12. It was well after 4 because the driver wanted to do a nother drop first. Then Monday i asked for the last one to be picked up this morning and I message him asking what time it should be picked up and he said he dropped the ball and did not add us the the pick up list. But he did fit us in to be picked up. It was 430 pm
