Everyone here and on the phone are so helpful , They really engage with the customer and truly want to help. Kudos to your team . I was granted Oxygen due to a very rare autoimmune condition and they have been so helpful everytime I go to the store or on the phone . The man who sets up the cpaps and bipaps is fantastic please don't lose him . He is so super nice . Thank you for what you all do . 🙂

Was sent home from the hospital on oxygen. They were great about dropping it off but I discovered after the office closed that a humidifier tank wasn't included. I called the next day to be told it needed a prescription.?!? Really? A water bottle attachment? Add to this the long wait on hold only then to be told they are too busy and will call you back which they did not. Several phone calls to doctors and repeated attempts to speak with Respiratory Services after finally got a script but Respiratory Services had the wrong fax number. After finding an additional fax number Respiratory services finally got the script only then to tell me they usually ship humidifiers out. We couldn't have been told this in the morning? They are closed on the weekends. No one needs O2 services on the weekend? I am so through with this company. Calling Monday to have my script transferred to any other 02 provider. When someone is ill, they shouldn't have to deal with unanswered phone calls repeatedly from 02 providers. I have no faith in this company's ability to be present if the 02 concentrator fails.

Cherie Swetz helped me with obtaining a toilet seat to rise the height of our toilet for my husband who has cancer. I called at the end of the day, hoping to get this today. Cherie told me she would personally drop off the toilet seat as it was on her way home. She came in and showed me how to put it on the toilet and made the whole experience very easy. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and very kind and empathetic to our situation. Your company is lucky to have her.

This place has gone way downhill since being purchased by AdaptHealth. With no notice to customers, they started with a pre-estimated “bill” before even submitting claims to insurance. I don’t have a copay on supplies, which they could see from my more than 10 years of history with them, but they threatened me with late fees and collections on their fake bill if I didn’t pay before they heard back from insurance. Told them I was done with them and returned all of the unopened supplies from the last order. Hours on the phone just to deal with avoiding fake late fees, and now I will have to spend more hours since they keep sending me unauthorized shipments and submitting them to my insurance without my approval. 10 years of great service, no more with AdaptHealth.

They have provided terrible service when dropping off equipment and picking up equipment. They were to pick up equipment in hotel today, so I had late check out until 1:30. No show, no call. Called office twice before closing and on call staff this evening. NO RETURN CALLS. I am now paying for another day at hotel. I will be sending a bill to Respiratory Services and for Two days if they don’t show tomorrow. Ridiculous service.

My mom's on oxygen full time and she called them twice and told them the Concentrator was in the yellow, they told her have to wait until it's RED!! So wait until it STOPS WORKING and NO ONE bothered to service it! Because of the negligence she ended up in the hospital with respiratory failure!

Their staff is insulting and unprofessional. After being with them for one year, I changed to another company. They are terrible over the phone, and their staff always tries to postpone your delivery. They told me again and again that insurance was not allowing the CPAP supplies, and when I checked with insurance, they had given no instructions like that.
