If we could give Reto Reno’s 10 stars we would. We contacted them a week ago about a problem with the water pump in our 2020 escape 5.0. We were going to be passing through Jacksonville on a fairly tight schedule and they had a part waiting for us and installed quickly. Also went over a few other minor items we had. They were professional, courteous and over the top in accommodating us. Would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them. Great having someone familiar with Escape Trailers. Got to look at some newer models on their property. Love the new acrylic windows now offered (jealous!). And the nice quiet AC may be in our future soon.

Nice people. But from my experience, things looked nice on the outside and shotty work once you dig deeper. Once I drove my camper home from Florida to Virginia, I no longer had an awning or break lights. The awning fell off without me realizing (apparently one set screw held it on). They did reimburse me for the awning. My break lights wire were not even being held together by a wire nut. The connection was so loose, the wires burnt up and I’m lucky the whole thing didn’t catch fire. I text Daniel about this issue but months later still no reply. One of my outlets inside the camper was never even wired to the breaker box. That was fun to realize once I got home. The camper looks cool but I can’t recommend them for any electrical work EVER! Hell, part of the reason I bought this particular camper was because it had “new wiring throughout”.

I have been wanting to replace the 2012 linoleum in my Casita for years and finally found the company to do it. I scheduled the new floor and several repairs with Retro Reno’s about a month in advance to coincide with my trip through Jacksonville, FL. Dan and Steve did not disappoint. My new floor, a toilet leak, and a rivet causing a water leak were all fixed in half a day. They also checked my axel for me and found I had time to replace that on a future trip. Dan and Steve are easy to work with. They are straight forward and do what they tell you they can do. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their fiberglass or vintage trailers.

I brought our Escape trailer in for some warranty work and all the items were fixed in the time frame they quoted us. Not only were they on time but they keep us informed of the status of the work along the way. But best of all they were polite, personable, professional and truly helpful with our questions.

I cannot say enough good things about the work that both Dan, and Stephen do. They do top notch quality work. They put in a closet in my casita, and two side tables. They fixed a leaking hose on my propane, and few other small additions all in time for me to make my wife happy and make it to Easter with her family. Have full confidence in their work, as seeing the craftmanship first hand you will love the work they do on your trailers. Fiberglass is what they work on so if you own a Casita, Scamp, Escape, Bigfoot, ETC... Retro Renos are the company to choose. See pictures attached.

In 2020 we bought our Scamp from Dan and Raquel as they were beginning their business. We were new to trailers and they helped us every step of the way over the past four years. We have been back several times for minor repairs and the work has always been incredibly excellent And fairly priced. It is a joy to deal with them and know we can always depend on their expertise to help us out. I cannot recommend Retro Renos highly enough… They are the best!!!!!

These folks are simply the best. The workmanship is fantastic. Their pricing is very fair. Their communication is also great. They did a fairly complete rehab of my 13' Scamp after I did a few basic things and realized that it would be done faster and better by RetroRenos. I picked it up today. They asked what they could do better....that is a great sign from any business. They only suggestion I had is already planned for the near future. I won't spoil their surprise!
