This place is dangerous. You will struggle to get the rest you need because the machine next to your bed makes a loud beeping sound every 60 seconds or so. The nurses have no idea how to turn it off. They gave me so many downer drugs that they almost KILLED ME. They were worried about my heart stopping after giving me a cocktail of downers and none of them know when to stop. They gave me FOOD POISONING. My only withdrawal symptoms were body aches and after eating their food I’ve been extremely sick and I’m in a WORSE condition now. The chicken was PINK. The inside of the meatballs were RED. The ham was very undercooked.
This place will hurt you more than help you. I never write reviews but I have to warn the public. Please don’t come to rise.

Rise Recovery saved my life! I got in quickly (within an hour at most) detox was probably the most comfortable detox I’ve ever had (and I’ve been through a lot of them). The staff, nurses, doctors and therapists are amazing and truly care about you and your well being. They are all wonderful human beings. The rooms are clean, comfortable, you have your own privacy and you get the adequate rest needed to start recovering. When detox is done- they have a case manager to help you find a place (if you choose to) to continue your recovery journey. Rise is a hidden gem that I will definitely be recommending to anyone I know who needs help in the future. Thank you to Rocky especially!- he helped talk to me and comforted me when I was at the lowest, he truly and genuinely cares about the patients- Thank you Rise Recovery!!!!! I am forever grateful. ❤️

I had called many places before someone gave me the number to someone at Rise. It literally took minutes for them to find a place to medically detox for a loved one.

There wasn't a long process or assessment appointment. The facility was extremely close to my house, and I felt confident that they were going to take care of her.

I really felt like they cared and was really surprised to hear that a case worker was assigned and ready to help with resources when detox ends.
