One of my commercial properties flooded on January 22, 2024 with the “atmospheric river” conditions that hit San Diego. With inches of water throughout my building I knew that remediation was going to be necessary, and I frantically started calling everybody in San Diego that came up on a Google search. Mohamad and Risk Free Serv actually took the time to call me back. I had an appointment with them by Day Two and we were in dry-out mode with fans and de-humidifiers by Day Three. I have never been through this before and didn’t know what to expect. Mohamad was so thorough and took the time to educate me on the process. I know that they had endless potential clients given the impact of the storm, but I did not feel rushed, belittled or like I was just one of many – in fact, I felt like I was the most important potential client they had. Now the remediation phase is through, and I can say that I remained as happy with the Risk Free Serv team as I was with Mohamad on Day One. Every step of the process was respectful and professional. While I hope that I never have to use their services again (!!!), should the need arise, I would call them again in a heartbeat. I recommend them to residential or businesses large and small. Five stars, A++++.

After the recent rain storms and increase in humidity, I noticed a mold/mildew build up on one of my windows. I was immediately alarmed and contacted this company to schedule a mold inspection. Upon explaining my situation, a man named Omar offered me the convenience of me sending over photos so he could look at it immediately. He assured me that my situation only consisted of surface mold and that I could use a mold spray from Home Depot and scrub it off. I followed his instructions and the mold was immediately removed. I deeply appreciate this company’s honestly and their timely responses. Their communication is quick, kind, and honest!

Look no further. Recommend 100%. I called at 8pm on a Sunday, Omar answered all of my questions and he was at our house 12 hours later to help with the issues. Omar and Scott were so kind and more importantly SO HONEST. They will never ever try to trick you or tell you that you need something that you don’t absolutely need. I’ll never call anyone else other than this company for mold issues. Amazing humans.

Mohamad arrived to do the inspection, listed my options, and then provided detailed information on the next steps to resolving my water damage. The crew were always on time, clean, and thorough. I highly recommend Risk Free Serv Water Damage Repair as they did an excellent job in my bathroom remediation. I have never had a water intrusion that needed remediation so I have no idea on how to navigate this situation. After a recommendation from the mold inspector, I contacted Omar and he showed up the next day to do an assessment on my property. Omar gave me a detailed description of how the repair is going to be. He was always available whenever I have questions regarding the work and insurance claims. The people that came to complete the remediation were diligent and respectful to my home. They cleaned all affected areas of my home and turned it over to the contractor for repair spotless. If I would have to do another remediation, I would do it again with them at an instance. Thank you, Omar and the rest of your team.
