Receptionist is so rude and arrogant! They never answer the phone.
They cancelled my appointment without letting me know, and when I attended my appointment they told me they had no dentist so they had to cancel my appointment.

I can't leave zero stars but I would if possible. I registered my details September 2022, I was told the following year that I was almost at the front of the queue to be seen. I called today and the receptionist was rude as clearly she doesn't understand how to talk to people, making rude remarks about the whole situation, how can you tell a patient they are basically lying, why would I call to say what Is was told if I was not. Avoid.

Rang up after several attempts trying to be see was told that I had not been see-in in between three years so I was no longer registered with them which is untrue and receptionist extremely rude and degrading

Always happy to come to the practice. Very professional but also our dentist Jane Ford is and always has been very family orientated. Always puts her patients at ease and always does a fabulous job.

This place has gone down hill since I left a 5* review. Do not register at this place. If you want any treatment completed and not messed around continuously, then avoid at all costs. The owner is a butcher. The senior nurse is unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and righteous. I could go on!
I'm disappointed I have had to leave 1 star!

Staff are amazing local bus no 10/11 stops right outside and takes you to the city centre
This dentists is the best I've ever seen or been to the friendly staff will assist you in every way possible and always has your best interests at heart 💖💖💖 the dentists at this practice go above and beyond of what is asked of them just to make sure you have the best care possible.
I unfortunately have lost all my teeth to I'll health and this practice has gone above what is asked just to make sure I get dentures to replace my lost teeth. I owe my most humble gratitude to the staff at this wonderful place. I 100% recommend that you visit the practice if you have any questions or concerns.

Just had to have an emergency dental appointment and have to say for someone who is nervous as hell, I was at ease with this surgery from reception to nurse then dentist.
talked me through everything and I had an extraction, can only recommend even if your like me a bag of nerves when it comes to having to visit dentists

My dental course has been with Dr Lee Histed and I can quite honestly say that he is a superb dentist. He puts you at ease from the moment you meet him. His knowledge is excellent and his nurses are also very pleasant and helpful. I have been through several procedures with Lee and have at no time felt pain or discomfort. If only all dentists were like him. A great big thank you to you Lee and I look forward to seeing you in the future.
