Very respectful in the property and outside around the garden. They were happy to adjust my inspection dates for a renovation project and reinspected afterwards. We had the roof treatment in the home and garage and haven’t seen any dry wood activity since then. We’ve used their services for years and even when renting. Safer Home Services worked well with us and our lease agent and renter to get our required inspections done for our HOA.

Safer Home Services is my go-to for everything related to pest control and has been for several years. I've referred them to several family members and use their services for both my own home and rental property. All of the techs are really wonderful and informative. Most recently, our tech Chris was especially helpful in going over the specifics of our termite issues and treatment plans. He showed genuine concern to make sure we - and our home - was taken care of properly, which is not something you feel from other companies. By the time Safer Home Services technicians leave my home, I feel like I've made a friend, as corny as that sounds - and Chris was no different.

Been using the service for years and have always had a great experience. Don came and did our once-a-year and educated us about “eye gnats,” termite activities, and knocked down an orb weaver’s spiderweb I was hyperaware of in the front eaves. Don was charming, funny, and patient with questions. Always recommended!
