This is a beautiful farm with top of the line facilities. Absolutely gorgeous stalls, with AC and fly spray. Outside a good sized round pen with excellent footing and drainage and a big riding area. Paddocks and pastures, and 40 plus acres to ride. This is one of the best facilities that I have seen in a long time!

What a Taj mahal of equestrian centers. Sami's Asil Arabian Stud and Equestrian Center is a beautiful and well set up facility. The barn has air conditioning and chandeliers. I told my wife I am going to sell the house and live in the stall. The stalls are bamboo and black metal, it has automatic water feeders, and a reverse osmosis purification system to ensure the freshest water being given to the horses. Fly mist spray goes off quiet a bit and is harmless to the food, horses, and environment, but deadly for Flys and mosquitoes. The barn has red metal on outside and inside the whole barn and is fully insulated. The floors have 4 inch rubber throughout the barn, feedroom and the tack room. The most beautiful barn and setup I have ever seen. Well worth the money, and knowing that your horses are in great hands. The staff is knowledgeable, and very professional. The staff can train your horse, give lessons, give your horse a good washing before going back to their horse condominium. If you choose to have your horse out fulltime in a paddock, they have very secure paddock on heavy gage white metal fences with shelter from the rain and sun
