Thinking of these guys today (Bill & Steve) after the 2 hurricanes that have hit Madeira Beach over the last 2 weeks. Hoping everyone is doing okay.
Missing the sunshine and service from these guys who we rent from every year for the past 10 years. Can't say enough about them and the attention they give us while visiting Florida in March & April. Looking forward to seeing you again next year.

I believe this was the beach we visited. First time in Florida. I asked if we could get umbrella and chairs near others closer to water. He said no. I saw him 15 min later setting it up for white people. My mom can’t walk to far. This made it more difficult for her to enjoy the beach. Didn’t feel like brown people are welcome. Note taken.

It was an amazing experience we were on the beach of Madera. We had enough to carry down with coolers and other floaty items. It’s so nice to be able to have some thing already set up for you that you didn’t have to deal with it and they let you sit on the chairs later after they took the umbrella down if needed, but we politely move the chairs back where they belong. Thank you so much for your amazing service.

My friend and I rented an umbrella for $40. We split the cost so she paid $20 cash and I paid $20 with my card. They overcharged me and put the full $40 on my card, in addition to her $20 cash. I noticed when we got back from the beach so I called and told them what had happened. They let me know they would mail me a check for the $20 refund. I received the check quickly and it was for the full $40 because of the inconvenience. I was very grateful for the great customer service. Thank you!

July 26th About 3 o’clock in the afternoon we were enjoying a beautiful moment on the beach. Cam with Sandune Beach rentals went above and beyond in getting us comfortable and taking care of us. His customer service skills were exceptional. He was so polite and so kind and so attentive. We were so impressed. I am here with my two twin three-year-old grandchildren and I sure appreciate when the hotel and beach staff are accommodating, and patient. What a great hire! Please give him a shout out and let him know how much he was appreciated. Great job! Thank you Cam, you stand out as exceptional!

We met Bobby at Upham Beach this past week. He is very nice, funny & helpful. He quickly helped to accommodate our large family, finding the best possible place on the beach to keep our eyes on our rambunctious children. Bobby was such a pleasure to work with! So much our children had even exchanged friendly greetings with him by name in passing. We look forward to going back!

My 3 girlfriends and I stayed at the 6800 block, Upham Beach, for a 40th birthday celebration. Jessie was FABULOUS! She treated us right away! Was super helpful! Then the following days she set up our Cabana and chairs before we even got on the beach!

Should be ZERO stars.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.
Waited almost 30 min for the guy to take my money and provide me a chair but he was too busy chatting and smoking. Me and another woman finally gave up.
I have been here before and service was just as bad. Save your money. Bring your own chair or just a blanket.
