I am utterly disappointed with the recent house cleaning service I received and want to warn others of my experience. This was about the 6th time I used this service and the previous 5 were great. This last time was a nightmare. Despite providing clear specifications about my home’s size, I was quoted for a house twice as large, setting the stage for a service that failed to meet even the most basic expectations. When I realized the discrepancy, I reached out for an update, only to be reassured that the issue would be addressed. Unfortunately, that promise was not fulfilled and everything just got worse. I specifically requested a deep cleaning, expecting a thorough job, including tasks like cleaning inside the refrigerator—a request explicitly made and agreed upon. To my dismay, the service provided was far from deep; it was barely surface level. The most telling sign of the lack of effort was that not a single bedroom door was even opened - the doors remained closed as if off-limits, completely ignoring a significant portion of the cleaning area.

To add insult to injury, I was overcharged. Even after sending photos and evidence of past payment amounts for basic cleanings, the fee I was asked to pay exceeded those of past services, which were more comprehensive. This experience not only showed a disregard for customer service and satisfaction but also a failure to deliver on agreed-upon services. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services and urge potential customers to look elsewhere for their cleaning needs. Please look elsewhere and beware.

I’ve worked with Squeaky Club several times and they NEVER disappoint! Doesn’t matter if the job is small (home move out cleaning) or large (over 100 rooms on one project after demolition). The team shows up on time, are very courteous, and ensure you’re satisfied with the results.
I wouldn’t use any else.

My son was cramming, and while studying hard, he forgot about cleaning at all. I realized that we could not do away with all this mess ourselves. Our friends recommended Squeaky Club. And now I understand their excitement when they're describing these guys to us. Wow effect ever! Even difficult-to-reach corners are shining! The oven is sparkling. The bathroom is just a dream. My recommendations!

My house was extremely dirty due to construction, a girl came to clean it. She did a pretty good job, but the dust was so bad. I had them come back and she did an amzaing job, Super happy. I recommend this company and I will use them again

Amazing job.! The cleaner made my apartment nicer than when I moved in it and was able to get stains out of my granite counters. They were available extremely fast and worked really well with my schedule.
