If I could give a negative 10 star review I would but I guess 1 star will do. The manager Chris at the West Hollywood location is one of the MOST disrespectful individuals I have EVER encountered, and after reading the reviews, I see I’m not the only one that have experienced the raft of Chris and I’m sure he will rebuttal to my review in a very unprofessional manner as he has done to others CUSTOMERS that leave a review on his unprofessional behavior. I’ve tape with the North Hollywood location for about 4 years and I’ve never had this unpleasant experience. Until I made the mistake and booked at the West Hollywood location. Chris was rude, combative and disrespectful on so many levels and I do have the conversation as proof if he needs me to prove it. I was so disappointed with his behavior as I have been tapping with this company for 4 years. I now unfortunately will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Chris should be reevaluated and properly trained on how to speak to CUSTOMERS that PAY for this service.

I arrived at The Creation Station at 9:19 am for my 9:30 am appointment, but nobody showed up. Leaving at 10:15, I waited almost an hour while my attempts to reach them by phone were ignored. Disappointing, needless to say.

worst experience i've ever had with a company. i hate doing reviews but it's only fair that I warn people. and it was really upsetting to see how people can so easily take advantage of someone just for money. no ethical integrity in this company.
I spent a total of 5 MINUTES recording my scene with them, as it was very short. I had no problem paying the $18.50 that was on the receipt, regardless of the fact that the entire time I spent there was 5 minutes.
My appointment time was 11:10 but I got there at 11:20 because my card was stuck in a meter.
They tried to charge me an extra $50 for being 10 minutes late to an appointment after my credit card was stuck in a meter....
I then find out they started my timer at 11:10 for studio time, even though I wasn't even there what if I had never shown up? would you charge me for studio time until I die? It makes no sense. Not to mention the fact that they add a $13 covid disinfecting fee even though it said $18.50 would be the total? that was not mentioned in the total online before hand.
The guy told me to text the manager on this chat after I refused to pay an extra $50, and I did. But turns out, he was responding to the online chat in front of my eyes, thinking that I wouldn't see his screen. He tried to hide the fact that he was the one texting on there. I don't know if he thought I was stupid and he was actually the manager but didn't want to tell me he was so I could pay the extra $50. If this didn't happen, I was ready to tape all my auditions here, so they lost a lot of business doing this. He told me he would send me the invoice and we could figure it out, and a few hours later I see that he charged my card the $50. He was texting me all day and I didn't want to respond, and it was almost like he was scared and knew he did something he something not right so he texted me many times with no response from me. The whole experience was very weird and bad, like his intentions were to get any money from me he could. I really have no idea what this company is doing. Very weird and horrible experience. Ruined my entire day.
They are now telling me that they will sue me if I don't take this review down. I certainly will not remove a review of the truth.
Rather than apologizing for the situation and solving the issue with respect and kindness, they have chosen to aggressively text me and threaten to sue me. I can now see on yelp that I'm far from the first to have this experience. From a business perspective, I'm not sure how being aggressive and threatening to sue all the people who leave bad reviews is helping their business, rather than solving the issue? How about fixing your level of arrogance and changing your ways of doing business. I can't even fathom how this person can sleep at night with the way he handles his business.

I came across the creation station when I needed to out down a very important Netflix and Warner Brothers Film audition. There are a lot of small mom and pop places that deliver self tapes, but their quality doesn't even compare to The Creation Station Studio's quality. Their footage is always so crisp and high def! The coaching sessions are very affordable and you truly get your bang for your buck. They're located in the same building as HBO and Hulu and the facility modern, clean, and the staff is always very pleasant. I will be coming back for my self tape and coaching needs and sending anyone I know!

As an actor on his/her grind can attest, booking studio time for self-tapes during pilot season can make an already stressful time worse. After discovering The Creation Station Studios in Santa Monica, I can say with certainty I no longer have to worry about scrambling last minute to schedule taping sessions. Finally, there is a studio in West LA, saving me the traffic-filled trip into Hollywood or over the hill. The staff is friendly, the reads are professional and, above all, the finished product has gotten rave reviews from casting and my reps alike. What more can you ask for in an audition studio?
