Website never loads, especially when you need to check if busses are running. Has been this way for years and it's very frustrating. Unreliable, we have to depend on the radio to tell us what busses are running.

I was sick with all my kids & going through family problems & not answering my phone or messages from anyone. A woman named Kathy who called once & left one voicemail who I spoke with when my severely autistic sons ride who is scheduled to come at 830am didn't come on time. I called and Kathy said "his time has been changed to 845 because the driver has two other students she has to get and drop off before him and I know he doesn't like crowds." She continued to tell me "I called more than 3 times & left 3 messages." When I have the phone logs to prove otherwise and in the message she left she had said to call her back because my son was the only one her driver took to his school and she didn't want to waste her time. (Totally understandable, but I didn't hear the voicemail until that day when she told me the time was changed).
I said okay and ended our phone call until I decided to call back and ask for it in writing so I had a documentation of it. She refused 3 times to provide anything in writing of the schedule change. She brought up my lack of not answering the phone then I told her it seemed penal of her. I then asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me she was infact the owner and her own supervisor. I responded "this is an inconvenience for me because I have 830 classes on Thursdays" She then asked "He cannot stay alone for 15 minutes? I thought he had an uncle who would wait with him? " I told her "I don't have family & he's severely autistic. He can't be alone. So, you're not going to provide me with anything in writing?" I then informed her I'd get a lawyer if she wasn't going to provide me with anything. She then said she'd send something via email I then asked "Well don't you need my..." Before I could finish my sentence of her getting my email to send the document to she had hung up on me, only to call back saying she got disconnected and didn't know what happened and that she's been going through things with her husbands health issues. Her demeanor went from condescending and belitting to nice after she called me back. Totally unprofessional.

I'm gonna just start by saying that whoever Mike is, he must hate his job. I usually don't leave just criticism alone, but my call here was insane. First the IVR prompts you to press 1 three times to reach somebody about requesting stop changes. After doing so, I got just a "Mike speaking" so I inquired about the additional stop request (our bus driver literally asked us to call and request a stop closer since our child is 6 and can't walk down a busy street with no sidewalks). He immediately just responded with "call the school" with no additional information, and repeated the line constantly and even said my bus driver was plain wrong, and that he doesn't hear the IVR so he didn't know what to tell me. When I asked to speak to someone else, he actually became upset and questioned why I didn't believe him ("What? You don't believe me?") and pouted. I just wanted to speak to someone less rude with more information, that's all. He transfered me to the wrong department, and even though the woman was confused, she apologized on his behalf and actually provided the information I needed from a department she doesn't even work in.

So yeah, I know this isn't a business per sey, but if that's how "Mike" deals with having a bad day when it comes to the safety of a child, then yeah, just transfer me instead of making me listen to your hissy fit. Bonus star was for the woman who actually helped me.

Applied to have grandson put on bus Sept 5th Then I called got a receptionist that said she received Sept 28th would be two more weeks When I asked her why she was getting it just now She said I raised my voice which I didn’t then she hung up

Alerts and cancellation page never actually loads in the early morning, so it’s essentially useless.

Go up
