For years, I’ve tried various companies for different services, but I was never truly satisfied and often found myself switching vendors. I came across Servpro and their range of services caught my attention, so I decided to give them a try for cleaning my curtains, blinds, air ducts, dryer vents, and upholstery both inside and out, including my high ceilings and chandeliers.

From the start, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness. I had the pleasure of speaking with Josh, the owner, who was incredibly helpful, and Doug, the production manager, who conducted the initial assessment.

The results of their work were fantastic. Everything looked brand new, and the attention to detail was evident. To finally find a company that delivers high-quality service and cares about their customers. I can confidently say that Servpro has earned my trust, and I will definitely be using them for all my future needs.

Servepro did an amazing performance at our home in water mitigation from ruptured hot water pipe under our foundation. They saved our dry walls from mold & removed affected wooden floors. They were so careful , responsive & prompt. All our clothes in master closet was saved from mold.

On November 4, 2022, I walked into my home in Deerfield Beach for the winter and found a leaking air handler which is part of my air conditioning system which is located in my attic. Water had been leaking for over two months and we had mole in our master bedroom, both closets and the master bathroom.

I called Servpro of Delray the next morning and they had five people and five dehumidifiers running in my house by 3PM. We had to strip the walls down to the studs and redo everything. They really did a First Class job. They lived up to their slogan “ It’s like it never happened”

My insurance company was Citizens and they wanted me to use their mole contractor who showed up two days later with one truck and one person with one dehumidifier. The Citizens insurance company informed me that since I did not use their mole contractor then the maximum they would pay was $10,000.00. Citizens insurance company later told me that since I had been out of the house for over 30 days they would not pay anything. When it comes to insurance policies “The BIG print gives and the little print takes away”

I have a First Class home and I am so glad I used Servpro which did a first class job and not a third class contractor provided by my insurance company.

They did get everything dried up on Friday when the leak happened but they did not check on our condo over the weekend. We had to ask them to come back and get a water stain out of the bedroom carpet and tack it down. We were at home when this happened and could have used more oversight from Servpro on the project. We were also surprised how expensive the final cost was.
