Contacted company to help with a leak from an upstairs bathroom. I only used them for two days to place a dehumidifier and fans in two rooms. Price was quite high for what they did which I am more than willing to pay. But it’s been a nightmare trying to pay them for their work. I’ve been trying to pay them for the last three weeks, but the link they sent does not work for both a credit card or bank transfer. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not use this company. I’ve contacted their office almost every other day for the past three weeks with no resolution. Now I’m getting an email saying that they’re going to send me to collections.

As a contractor for a different branch in Iowa, I called them to assist with getting my father’s apartment cleaned after his passing and the compassion, understanding, and professionalism was unmatched, as I have come to expect from this company. Zach helped me to understand all paperwork and everyone from the receptionist to the laborers were fantastic and made a difficult situation that much easier.

Larry Nelson and Oscar (and the entire team) with Team Mayfield did an excellent job of cleaning up our house after major water damage occurred. They arrived within two hours of the incident and quickly demoed the damaged areas. They were very efficient and were respectful of our property giving attention to cleanup details. We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve and my insurance set up ServPro to do the remediation. Crews were polite and responsive. Larry, the senior lead technician explained everything thoroughly. He, Oscar and Joe arrived as scheduled to test for moisture and set up equipment to dehumidify the area. Larry checked back a couple times to make sure things were drying out as when it came time to do the remove the damaged areas, Larry, Carlos and Eddie did a great job of being respectful of my property, and cleaned up well. Highly recommend!

Servpro has been awesome from the minute they came to see the water damage to setting up dehumidifiers and fans to demolition. Brad and Carlos did a great job on the mitigation, kept us informed every step of the way through the drying process. Nick Polites, the project manager and crew began demolition on Aug 17 and Nick has been extremely helpful in giving us pertinent information on the process. Everyone has been super friendly and supportive.
