This company is the kind of company that you want entering your residence. They were very careful in handling my furniture and home goods, they covered everything nicely. Performed the removing of my sheet rock and the water that was caused by the busted pipe that I had from the freeze. when they finished everything was put back in it's place and the area cleaned.

I was flooded from Hurricane Ida and had previous experience with ServPro and was satisfied (even happy)with their service (this was from a different SevPro franchise). So I called ServPro and was sent this franchise.

Once they had half payment it was evident they wanted to get done gutting the house and move on. There was really no one supervising the work and the boss kept calling me telling me they needed to complete within 2 days (and my requests were unreasonable and costing them/him time and money).

They damaged one of the Caesarstone countertops (see photo) by evidently missing the wood they wanted to dislodge and instead striking/damaging the countertop. (They should practice their aim!)

The drywall was not properly and cleanly cut at 4 ft. and then removed, as most of the of paint on the top 4 ft was damaged (see photo) throughout the house.

Several people who have seen the work after they left commented on how sloppy it is. I could go on.

I term their work as ‘slinging hammers and crowbars’.

I was hesitant in giving a bad review however I feel I have an obligation to warn future clients as this is one possible outcome.

I used Servpro at our house to remove our mold. They were very responsive when I asked them for help. The pricing was very reasonable. The people who came into our house were professional and worked in a timely manner. If I needed their service in the future, they are my go to company. If you need to get rid of mold, give servpro a call.

What a great experience I had after a disaster inside my house from a water leak. The mold mitigation team responded on time during all phases of the job to remove the mold from my dry wall. Not a piece of dirt or dust left behind on this 4-day job. I had to live in my house during their job and this was not a problem. My wife's allergies were not affected at any time.

A testament to the professional and amazing job Jason and Dulce performed in my house. They are like surgeons as they remove affected pieces of dry wall, while not touching pieces that are fine. They even worked around my dog. Thank you so much!

SERVPRO has been nothing short of spectacular. My 84 year old mom's condo in Miami was hit very hard by Hurricane Maria, with water and mold damage affecting the floors and walls throughout the condo. My 87 year old dad passed away in July, making this a very tough time for my mom and me -- and I am 1,500 miles away in Boston. I needed someone to 'own' this project from start to finish, and SERVPRO came to the rescue. They performed high quality work. They communicated with me daily. They sent me pictures regularly so that I could see the status and the progress. They managed the other contractors (flooring, painting, cleaning, etc.) for me, and stayed in direct contact with the building management. They worked holidays and weekends to accelerate the completion date per my request. The work was completed on time and on budget, and at a very high quality. I would highly recommend SERVPRO.

Jasson and Johan were wonderful, meticulous, neat, kind... I could go on and on! They did an excellent job. The next team that came in... led by Carlos (I wish I had their names), were also thoughtful and meticulous. They lovingly painted my kids' bedrooms while thinking of the children in the their own lives. Throughout the entire process, I felt like they were looking out for us and doing their best for us. We did have a couple of hiccups along the way on the administrative side during a transition in office staff, but they worked to address those and make it right for us. Thanks for everything.
