I had mold in my basement from a leaky bathroom. Dominic came out to take a look at the situation and he had a team out to my house quickly. Jose’s team was courteous, professional, and explained everything they were doing and going to do. They cleaned up perfectly at the end of each work day, and even took care of my mess that was outside of their workspace, which I thought was really nice. Dominic was very communicative and involved throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

Water emergencies are ridiculously stressful, but Gustavo, Michael and Seth were so helpful. They were very friendly and considerate, I was reassured they were there to support me during this process. I'm glad I went with SERVPRO to prevent lasting damage in my basement.

I used Servpro to repair some water damage from a flood in my Kitchen and Hallways. I gave them a 5 Star Review because they did a great job. I decided to go with Servpro again to complete the reconstruction portion of the project which consisted of General Demolition, Drywall, Electrical, Heat Vent, Removing and Light fixture's Repainting and removing Popcorn Ceiling. Followed by putting everything back together touch up and clean up. Nick Brattin brought in his team and did the reconstruction and work mentioned above and did an excellent job in a timely manner. The craftsmanship and work looked great, and they touched up anything that was needed from the reconstruction. There were some issues with the cleaning portion of the project (very messy dusty project) Nick came by after I called him regarding this part of the project and ordered a cleaning crew to come out 2 days later. For the most part they did a good job with a few things that still needed to be addressed. Nick came out again personally as there was still dust in the carpet and some cleaning that still needed to be done. He brought his equipment and personally took care of all the items that needed attention. I was so impressed that he took the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the entire job. He was the Project manager through the reconstruction and could have sent the cleaning crew back to take care of the items, but he brought his equipment and did it himself while I was there. He was so responsive, professional and had the attention to detail that was needed to make she I was completely happy with the job. I will be sure to spread the word about Servpro that they 100% stand by their work and will do a great job!!! Thank You Nick Brattin!!

Gustavo, Lucas, and all the ServPro staff who worked on our house this last week are stellar. They listened carefully to our concerns and made sure we understood the process of moving forward. The free quote was great compared to other mold remediation companies, and the price for the completed work was reasonable. They definitely didn’t nickel-and-dime us. One bummer: they test for asbestos and can’t proceed with the work in any areas that test positive (we didn’t realize this beforehand). Gustavo, Lucas, & co were super friendly to all the people and dogs in our (crowded) house. If we have any future mold issues (no thanks), we won’t hesitate to go with ServPro again.

I didn't know who to call when I found water leaking into my home and I took a chance and called SERVPRO. Nick from SERVPRO came right out to assess the damage and determine what would need to be replaced. He stayed in constant contact with me and my insurance company and was always available to answer any questions. Nick and the SERVPRO crew made the repair and reconstruction process very easy and I am glad I chose them to get my home fixed. I am very satisfied with the repairs and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of help with damage to their home.

Ben, Derrick, Isaac, Michael, and Dominic came to town to help out when Omaha, NE got hit with a lot of storms in a short period of time. They quickly addressed the problem that came from water getting in the basement. It is never good to need their services, but I am so happy they were able to take care of things so quickly. They were all courteous and professional.

I had a really good experience with Seth on-site. He did a great job of explaining and completing the job effectively. Some communication was lacking with the project lead, though I appreciate their willingness to communicate directly with the insurance company and handle all of that.
