We recently had a tree fall on our home during a storm with high winds. SERVPRO was out the next day to cover/seal up the roof and all openings where water could get in. They also removed any wet material from rain water and dried out the inside of the house. Very pleased with the service and quality of work. We experienced a power outage during an excessive rainstorm. Our sump pump did not work due to the power outage and we had water in our basement. I contacted ServPro; Melvin and his crew came to our house within a couple hours. The crew was thorough, efficient and friendly. He anticipated we would need 72 hours of dehumidifiers and fans to dry out our basement; however after re-evaluating on a daily basis, the basement was dry after 60 hours. Melvin and his crew removed their equipment and we were pleasantly surprised to learn the final cost was less than the initial estimate since it took less than 72 hours.
In addition, everyone I spoke with at the office was friendly, helpful and responded to my questions in a timely manner.
We are grateful to ServPro and especially Melvin and his crew for helping us through a stressful experience.
