The technician was fine and it wasn't his fault that it was going to be $500 to fix my dryer and that I had to spend the initial $89.95 to find out that I need to buy a new dryer. What I did have a problem with was the scheduling. They have online scheduling which I used, but after I got confirmation that it was scheduled at the time I selected, they kept changing the time and sending me emails that it was changed without consulting me at all. This resulting in my having to "cancel" twice and then doing it again and it only working because I knew they wouldn't honor the original time and made myself available for the entire day. They need to work on the scheduling system; this was very frustrating.

I had an issue with my dryer that I caused while doing a deep clean of the unit in my new apartment. I made the call around 9:30am and they had me set up with Alex at 12pm. He was very professional and right on time. He knew right away what he needed to do. He had the machine disassembled, fixed the issue, and reassembled in less than 30 minutes. It was a lot more expensive than I expected, but I understand why because he’s very knowledgeable and I’d be confident that he could fix just about anything. Very impressed. Repairman was excellent at diagnosing and repairing "frosting" problem, cost reasonable. BUT, replacing dead Ice Maker was expensive and so far it does not make much ICE over several days. Seems to jam up. I'll see how it does by mid-week before I request re-evaluation of Ice Maker system repair.

We have a French door/bottom freezer GE refridgerator and it wasn't cooling at all. Called Smart Appliance and Alex came the same day. Had to order the part for our refridgerator and came as promised the next day. We were up and running within an hour. However, we had to call them back out as it just wasn't cooling down where it needed to be. Turned out to be low on fridgerant. Since he put it in, we have been working perfectly. Would absolutely recommend Smart Appliance. They are professional from beginning to end. Thank you Alex.
