I worked an event last week where spud stud was one of the food trucks on site. I heard that they were delicious and remembered seeing them before so I was excited to try them as potatoes are one of my favorite foods. The prices were pretty decent and I especially loved the fact that they gave a discount to anyone who was working! I got a truffle shuffle fry and my friends got the chicken bacon ranch fries. I tried both and both were absolutely delicious! The fries give kind of a 5 guys feel without all the grease! And every morning during my shift, I decided to go over because they also had a breakfast menu! I got a breakfast bagel with bacon egg and cheese every morning...and it got better and better every time! Especially because they allowed me to add the truffle sauce to my bagel! I would absolutely recommend going to this food truck!! It was incredible!

Went to an event where this truck was posted up. The fries were good and came out quickly, only rating 3 stars because I was charged $3+ for 2oz of truffle aioli only to be given ranch. We had purchased this on the way out and didn't notice till we had gotten to our car or I would have gone back. Bummer.

Has awesome loaded fries! Me and my friend shared a big one rest of them and they were delicious!!!
P.s.- I don't even like fries but these were so good!

Ahhhmazing!!! If you haven't tried their fresh cut fries, you are missing out. And the donuts are super delicious! Next time you see them out and about, give Spud Stud a try. You'll thank me later.
