Shayla cut my hair and did a great job ! It had been cut prior by someone else and really did a bad job. Shayla had a mess to fix, but, with a creative touch,
Compassion ?, and alot of experience ... my haircut looks great ! Plus, she's easy to talk to. I'm really happy. ? I've got my sassy hairstyle again.

My wife showed them a picture of how she wanted her hair and the manager still messed it up. And she told my wife if there were any issues to come back. My wife not only called the salon but also her personal number and the manager avoided her calls even when employees had told us she was there!
