Went for a shampoo and blow dry. It was awful from beginning to end.

First the shampoo. The lady kept pushing her hands over my forehead, down to my eyebrows, and up the sides of my face. That’s not where my hair is. Thank goodness I wasn’t wearing makeup. Also didn’t wash/condition my hair very well. She barely left the conditioner on my hair, maybe 30 seconds, before rinsing.

Next the blow drying. She asked me where my part was and I showed her. She kept changing it and asking “here?” I would respond, “no, here” and move my part back to where it was supposed to be. This happened several times. Even at the end I had to repart my hair because where she parted it looked unnatural. She also blow dried my hair with the blow dry pointed up my hair stand, not down. This creates a TON of frizz and left my hair looking like a kid had done my hair. At the end there was one part in my bangs that was really not straight and I asked her to go over just that part with a flat iron. She went back in with her blow dryer and round brush which made zero difference. I just left it went to pay.

Checkout was fine. However the girl checking me out said my hair looked fantastic… if this is what she thinks looks fantastic then she needs to go back to hair school or get better training. It did not look fantastic. I won’t be coming here again.

Hi. I’ve been getting my hair cut by Sydney for 5+ years. I moved to Midway, a year ago. I still make the trip to see her. She knows me and cuts my hair to best suit me. Not only do I like the way she cuts my hair, I love our discussions and catching up. Sydney is very personable, friendly, and quick with a smile/laugh. I always feel like $1M when I leave the studio. Sydney is the best!

I love this place! I have been coming here for a long time and I have a stylist there named Sydney who is incredible!! She has been doing my haircuts and taking care of my hair needs for the last about 3 or 4 years and she always does an amazing job!! She always makes my hair look so awesome, stylish, and pretty. I love how she does my bangs too- she has a unique technique and they look so cool how she does them. She is also really nice and makes me feel comfortable and welcome. Couldn’t recommend her enough!! Also, great hair care products here that makes my hair look and feel good. Everyone is so nice too, very personable. I love the inside design of the store too and the layout. Highly recommend coming here for your hair and hair care needs! Is my personal favorite!!!

I had a great experience with Annika as my hairdresser! She’s professional, kind, and helped me in deciding what kind of look I wanted. We chatted the entire time and she would often stop to tell me exactly what she was doing next or what exactly the product she was about to use was for. The salon was clean and cute! Amazing experience!

Lexi is MY GIRL! I made an appointment same day and the end result looked just like my inspo pictures. Lexi pays close attention to detail and asks you questions throughout the process so she doesn’t miss a thing. Definitely recommend coming here for Lexi! I’ll be back!

I've gone to this salon a few times and seen Tiffani, she has always taken such good care of me. I was able to successfully go through my "having bangs" phase, as well as wonderful cuts and styles!

Tiffani is an amazing stylist, she asks questions to make sure you get exactly what you want and is quick doing it. She is very knowledgeable and recommend products to increase the longevity of my fashion color. Recently I went to her to change my color, not because it faded more because it had grown out so much.
