This was a new type of therapy/healing for me that I really enjoyed. Whereas my psychotherapy sessions have helped me develop coping strategies for life's stressors and work through some of my conscious thought processes, I felt like my repatterning session with Ruby took a completely different and refreshing approach! We didn't spend too much time rehashing old traumas — instead we focused on the body and its energy flows. Everything was tactile and I felt the difference post-session in my body, too. This helped me connect with my body and its messages and ground myself. I can't wait to see what other long-term effects it brings!

I stumbled upon Ruby by Divinely timing. I’ve had at least five repattern resonances sessions in a short span. Every session is unique in its own way. The first session I can recall a shift instantly. There was a specific traumatic experience I had vividly remember as a child. This experience was tied to so many traumatic experiences that shaped my adolescence and adulthood. After session. I can’t even recall the traumatic experiences. Instead I have memories of a peaceful and pleasant memories. initially I didn’t know what to Divinely. I was open. It was like my body was ready to show up for the inner healing I needed and much so still healing now. With every session with Ruby things magically happened within days of our sessions. For example I spoke of coming-workers not treating me fairly. Within days those same people resigning. I’ve had gastrointestinal issues all my life. I no longer have those issues with my stomach. I used to constantly get brain fog. After these sessions with Ruby my life had shifted tremendously. I’ve spent money of years in therapy that hasn’t helped. Ruby repattern resonances sessions literally is saving my life!
