We had a great experience at Studio Werks. We are a British documentary company and we came to film some interviews here. Chris was so helpful and the space was great and it's in a really nice area and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Couldn't recommend it more!

StudiowerksDC is a fantastic and conveniently located studio on Capitol Hill. I utilized it for conducting interviews, but the studio's spacious design allows for great versatility. What stood out to me was the extensive selection of equipment available, including lighting, grip, stands, diffusion, and more. For a detailed list, you can refer to the website for better preparation. The studio is in excellent condition, and there's a wide range of backdrop options to choose from.

Every aspect of the studio is meticulously planned to ensure a seamless experience for both the crew and guests. A notable highlight is the exceptional responsiveness and friendliness of Chris Albert, who assisted us from the beginning to the end of our project. It's a solid 5/5 experience!

This studio has everything you would need to be creative for any productions looking for a good space to film interviews. Tons of props, practical lamps, movable furniture, 3 parking spots, G&E gear and a great selection of back drops. I have filmed here for several projects and the owner keeps the gear and space in great condition.

Studiowerks was a FANTASTIC location. We were able to film 3 different interviews in the space, and all were different types. We did a 1 on 1 interview with our correspondent and a guest, a Zoom interview, and a producer interview. We were also able to set up a space to film "office-type" broll. This is a very versatile location. We would definitely book again. And Chris was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Chris and Paul built here the absolute dream studio for DPs!

I came from New York for a couple of interviews and only had to bring the very minimum with me (cameras and laptop!).
Everything is here, clean, well organized and ready to use.
Chris was very welcoming and super helpful, ready to answer my every needs.

The studio is spacious with many different angles to shoot from. I am a solo operator working for European networks and my client chose the angles from the pictures on the Peerspace app.
Upon arrival it was very easy for me to find my bearings. The studio comes with 3 PARKING SPOTS!! Needless to say that this was the highlight of my morning! Coming from New York where parking the van is always a struggle, I was so happy! Also, there are 2 coffee shops in the near vicinity.

All the equipment is very well maintained and there are tons of accessories to chose from to make the space look more homy and cosy. The studio is quiet, pitch black if that's what you are going for (as I was) Overall an exceptional experience. I will definitely make this spot my go to place when I shoot in DC.

We've worked with Studiowerks on several occasions, and have always enjoyed the space. Christopher is quick and easy to work with, and the space offers so many creative backdrops and ways of working. The available equipment and props are in excellent condition.
