None of these types of offices are like, they Ritz Carlton or anything inside lol so don't expect that. But the people at this location aren't too bad. Pretty nice most of the time. Helpful for sure especially about using their computers. The security officer is ni e and funny. Some others in the past were not, to say the least. But the office definitely gives u help u seek and in a timely fashion. Even when it looks packed they still get through the lines helping ppl quickly.

I don't know why I was revoked after I did everything on the form and provided all the information they asked. After 1 month of using the card all the sudden got a letter of discontinue using the card. Went to the office on Monday and they're still closed. Wasted gas and time driving up there because the phone number no one answers only keeps putting you in circles with the operator machine. I don't ask for 4 or 6 months to use the card just need few months and I would give my thanks for the help but this isn't the case. Very unprofessional. Not there to help might as well shut it down.

Whats going on with food stamp office, this is ridiculous never open and when open just fill put paperwork and nobody talks to u here, this Montgomery county is soo damn hard just get paperwork turned into. Im mailing mine again last time took 6 months cause got lost they said and its neen 1 year now, ive been needing help, if had stamps id be ok. I used live in small town, i could go in person and literally that day talk to someone and get stamps started within few days up to week or 2 at most, this is longest period because of this office gone by here every day past 2 weeks. Why not there between 11am to 1pm. Nobody nobody. Im just trying work and take care my kid and wife is all. This place is ridiculous. I wish i was back in small town just in order survive this inflation on groceries.

I had an older lady that was in training to help me. She was very kind and helped me to understand everything I needed! It may be slow but that is expected. I am very pleased with my experience here!

Absolutely horrible! Whoever oversees this operation needs to fire all these lazy people who do not want to do the job they are paid to do, and replace them with people who take pride in their work and like helping people! They are constantly asking for new information and making us re submit the application going on 3 months now. My skin is not the right color apparently. We need to go protest and demand change!

My experience contacting this Conroe office was HORRIBLE! The answering machine picks up the call saying the next available person will take your call and then you wait and wait (for 1
5 to 2 hrs...) I've even given the machine my name and number but no one calls back! I had a family member witness what I'm telling you here. IT'S A NIGHTMARE! I ended up SHOWING UP IN PERSON to get desperate help. Our government has failed us so bad!

Horrible place!!! They never answer the phones!!!!! This has been going on like this for years!!! For a government facility that's supposed to help people in all situations, they are not doing it. Some people don't have a way to get to the office. Ridiculous!!
