Had the company Christmas party here. It was much smaller than I expected. It's a nice cozy place good for small parties. The area is a little sketchy at night but plenty of parking. Very modern setting for a downtown LA studio.

Truly a great studio and equally great guy Evan. I've had the pleasure of going to this place a few times 4-5 years ago, Lives up to the name, "Dream Factory". Nothing but respect for the owner.

Good studio but beware of the small door if you are trying to load in a lot of gear. Also it gets a ton of natural light so lighting control can be an issue. Not sound proof.
