We used Traditions to care for my mom who was in the final stages of her life. I give Traditions my highest recommendation. We worked with Jen to arrange care. She is truly outstanding - on top of everything, very responsive, very caring, made things very easy. We were fortunate to have Dora care for mom. She's an amazing caregiver; we had comfort knowing mom was so well cared for. This has been a very difficult time for us. Connecting with Traditions made all the difference in knowing we did the right thing for our mom.

I have been using Traditions since the summer of 2024. I highly recommend everything about them. Jen Roderick took my calls and met me at my parents house for an intake meeting. Her compassion, ability to understand my parents and communicate skillfully with them (not an easy task) engendered my confidence quickly. Everything we were told about the what the services would be was straightforward and accurate. Monica T has been caring for my parents since this summer and she is a gift from the heavens. She is truly caring and my parents' lives have been deeply enriched by having her in their lives. She radiates love and is a wonderful and competent companion. She is a superb cook and makes healthy and very delicious meals (and my parents are picky eaters.) More recently we also have the pleasure of working with Anita, and she is also wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this entire operation. They go above and beyond and it is clear from the way they operate that they are not just doing this for the money: they also deeply care about the families they work with.

I’ve contacted Traditions Home Health Services Canton Mass office 2 times for services for both my
Mom and dad.
Each time the service has been excellent!
Jen Roderick always takes my phone calls, even at 7 pm on a Saturday and Sunday evening. Jen always arranges services immediately.
We used Traditions for my mom when she came home from the hospital and we had a wonderful aide Carlene for 5 week 5 days per week.

We contacted Traditions again for my dad 9 months later when my dad was being discharged from Rehab. We contacted Jen again and Pam too.

Pam was always available to take my calls. She was very patient while i had to adjust the hours a couple of times due to the discharge date and time.

Pam set my dad up with two wonderful CNA’s. We had the same CNA’s for 9 weeks. These two aides never missed a day of work!
Both Michael and Marian were very experienced and compassionate.
My Dad recovered fast and felt reassured the whole 9 weeks we had the Traditions team.

Thanks to Jen and Pam and the incredible CNA’s, my parents are doing amazing! We will continue to recommend your company and we will definitely contact you in the future, if we need great care!
