I don't know how I should rate it. The facility is good and everything I need is there and staff is nice and helpful. But the next day I signed up I received 20+ spam/scum emails (about Amazon subscription, won an iPad from T-Mobile, etc.)
Clearly your system is compromised and there is little to no protection it seems.
Summary: I'm happy with the facility and very unhappy that my email is bombarded with the spam now.
I wish I knew that's the case and provided temp email.

Great Gym for the locality. Contrary to some of the reviews, I found equipments well maintained in alignment with nationwide chains. There may be more teenagers, though could be a sign of young and healthy Community overall.

I have been a member for only 1 month but have been quite pleased thus far.. Staff has been responsive and helpful. Facilities are clean and equipment is maintained. Showers and restrooms are well stocked with tissue, soap, towels. I have an appointment for a massage and will report back after that.

You should charge more for memberships, especially for the teenagers who crowd around the machines in the evening hours. You should mend or replace all the torn fabric on the machines. You should stay open later, especially on the weekends. You should get rid of pool reservations on weekday mornings, half the lanes are empty, despite being fully booked.

My mom is a member at this gym since 2018. She likes to go every day except for weekends. Recently, the staff asked her to stop talking on the phone while everyone around her are talking on the phone. Yesterday she came home very mad when they asked her for the third time not to talk on her phone and she was not being loud. She uses her AirPods.

Terrible gym...don't waste your time. Very expensive membership. Staff is just checking boxes. Lot of favoritism and older "regulars" that are friends of the staff that get special treatment. On a few occasions, it seems they see something they don't like (not against the rules) and they seem to sort of bully customers. Showers, sauna and the whirlpool are disgusting. The pool looks like it has feces on the bottom.
