This company is truly corrupt and highly disrespectful. After speaking to Darren the Supervsor, he refused to give to me his last name. I proceeded on telling him about how my last bill was wrong I was disrespected and hung up on I told him he was quite unprofessional and didn't care to investigate my account. I have documentation to prove we was not at the residence during the times and requested my account be reviewed. I was denied to speak to his manager and was told he had no one above him. Clearly this corporation lacks integrity and fairness. I would not recommend them to a dog l, let alone a human.

There was a water pressure issue at our property, and the technician Lee assisted us every step of the way until the issue was resolved. I’ve dealt with many water companies in my investment business but the service from Lee was top-notch and above the rest. He answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Everything was resolved in an efficient manner. Thanks again!

Terrible company. Currently in the midst of a water outage exceeding 12 hours. Neither warning nor support from company. Moreover, there is uncertainty as to when the water will be restored. What about those with special needs, the elderly, those caring for kids with special needs?! This company does not care about the needs nor well being of their consumers. Clean water is a right, not a privilege.

I live in Harbor Hills Lady Lake. Lost my water pressure on Thursday 2/9. A new home is being built next door. Adam the meter reader was outside. He noticed the new homes meter was broken. Adam called for back up and Abraham showed up within minutes. They fixed the broken line and my water pressure was good. Adam & Abraham went above and beyond their meter reading jobs. They could have called in a service repair order. They are an asset to US Water Corp. Thanks for the fast and great service.

So I call this company about a driver who drove his truck right thru the red light at grand and Sunray, and the lady who answered didn't even really care. But the black man driving truck #1974 didn't even care about stopping, lights is completely red, and he just kept on going......that's an employee who costs companies millions in law suits.

Drivers speed thru school zones and try to run you off the road if you go the posted speed limit of 15 mph. The drivers have no care for anyone's child that goes to elementary school in Pasco County.

I have been traveling consecutively on US-98 and every day I can observe how one of their units speeds every day and gets into cars without thinking that it could cause an accident. It is unit 2146 board GFS113. It is an act of irresponsibility and unconsciousness.
