In searching for a boudoir photographer - Chelsea/Vintage Chic was the only choice. She made me feel so comfortable from the first chat on the phone, to the day of the shoot and then reviewing my final images. I cannot express how empowering doing the shoot was and as a plus size over 50 lady (I did the shoot for my 50th) putting your trust in Chelsea - you will not be disappointed! I didn't think I would like very many - if any of my photos and I can tell you I like WAY more than I thought I would. Chelsea is incredible !

Chelsea is always so amazing and kind. As a larger lady, I am always at least a little self conscious about my size and how I look in photos, but Chelsea’s approach and kindness always leaves me speechless. The pictures I receive always leave me wondering who is in the picture because it couldn’t possibly be me with how amazing they look. Her client wardrobe is size inclusive and I never once feel limited in my choices or options to pick from. I usually dread having my picture taken but, with Chelsea, I am always so excited to not only go to the session to take the pictures, but to see them because I know that they will turn out AMAZING! I look forward to every session I book with her. I would highly recommend Chelsea to anyone who wants ANY type of photography done or to anyone who wants to feel and realize how beautiful they truly are!

After being a bigger girl all my life, at the age of 40 I had gastric Sleeve surgery. It worked and I lost over 100 pounds. But when I looked in the mirror I still saw the same girl I had always seen. I reached out to Chelsea and signed up for a session. I thought it would be the perfect way to see myself differently.
On the day of the shoot I was so nervous, but Chelsea made the whole experience so comfortable. I never thought standing in lingerie in front of someone I met that morning could make me feel comfortable. Chelsea helped me step out of my comfort zone and embrace who I always was but never thought I could be.
Today, I was able to meet with Chelsea and go through all the photos. On my way there I thought... Surely there will be one or two I could like and pick out. However, after an hour I was still trying to get the photos I liked down to 60. It was so hard to choose. There were so many I was in love with and so excited to get copies of. They were so beautiful and you could see in each photo how comfortable Chelsea made me feel and how beautiful she helped me see I could be.
I cannot recommend Chelsea and Vintage Chic Portrait enough. Chelsea is the perfect combination of professional and friendly that will help anyone feel comfortable enough to allow their inner beauty to shine through. I have never in my life looked at a picture of myself and been proud. But Chelsea provided me with 178 photos where I think I look more beautiful and more confident than I ever have. I cannot wait to get them up on my walls.

Absolutely amazing! I told Chelsea what I wanted for my wedding gift to my husband and she helped me pose perfectly and it looked so natural even though I’m not naturally graceful....he has his favorite photo framed by the bed for nights that I work late and jokes that then he gets to kiss any part he wants good night. As an aside, knowing I was going to be in front of a camera was the motivation I needed to get up and go to the gym classes (I booked 3 months in advance with this goal). Even with a 10% tip (I’m not cheap just 10-15% on some of the packages is substantial but well earned) if you have a similar goal, even getting all the photos I loved and there were many, it was more affordable and more effective than the majority of personal trainers I’ve worked with and there have been more than two dozen. My photo shoot was in August but I’m just rating now cause I fell off the self care bandwagon when my brother died suddenly and my husband suggested I book another session in 3 months to focus on myself again and re-center myself because she didn’t judge and I didn’t feel uncomfortable doing outfit changes and the results were empowering because they look like me. Don’t get me wrong, women of all sizes and shapes are beautiful and I’m far from skinny You don’t have to share my goals for a great session but Chelsea captured a beauty I didn’t know I had and now, thanks to her, I will always remember.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chelsea and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I arrived, her warm and welcoming demeanor, along with her soft and friendly approach, immediately put me at ease. Any initial nerves I had were quickly dispelled, thanks in no small part to the collaborative environment she fosters.

I particularly appreciated that the makeup artist took the time to ask about my color preferences, rather than assuming what would work best. Chelsea’s talent is truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and talented photographer. She has a remarkable ability to make her clients feel beautiful and confident, and her work is simply gorgeous.

I Had the most amazing experience with Chelsea and her team. The minute I walked into her studio I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness. These 3 ladies went above and beyond to make me feel and look the most gorgeous I have ever felt. The reveal of my hair and make up brought me to tears and gave me goosebumps that that was actually me who was staring back at myself in the mirror. These 3 ladies I can not rave enough about.
